Delete your VYSOMA account

You can permanently delete your VYSOMA account and associated data directly from the application.
Immediate deletion in the application
Open VYSOMA, then Me > Data & privacy > Delete my account and data. Confirm deletion: the account, hosted data and data on the device are then deleted.
If you no longer have access to the application
Email privacy@vysoma.app with the subject “Account deletion” and include your VYSOMA identifier if you kept it. We may request reasonable verification before carrying out the request and will confirm completion.
Apple subscription
Deleting your VYSOMA account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple. First manage or cancel the subscription from Apple Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Immediate account deletion remains available even if the subscription is still active.
Data that may be retained
Account and wellness data are deleted. Only information that must be retained for legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention or the establishment of legal claims may be kept for the strictly necessary period, as described in the privacy policy.
