VYSOMA uses artificial intelligence to personalize your support. This page explains how it works and its limits.
How AI is used
The score, programs and standard recommendations use deterministic personalization rules. The AI Coach uses Anthropic only when you send it a message after granting the separate permission requested in the app.
Important limits
AI suggestions are indicative and wellness-oriented. They do not constitute medical advice and do not replace a healthcare professional.
Your data and AI
The AI Coach uses Anthropic. After your separate permission, your message, up to the latest 8 exchanges and limited context may be sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. You can withdraw this permission in the application; no new message is then sent.
Oversight and improvement
We regularly assess the quality and safety of our models to reduce bias and improve the relevance of recommendations.
